DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Mar. 9, 2018) — Craft beer enthusiasts and oenophiles should add March 30-31 to their calendar — that's when the highly anticipated first annual Craft Beer & Wine Fest 2018 comes to the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. Beer, wine, spirits and food vendors will take over the oceanfront patio and three of the Resort's signature restaurants — Doc Bales' Grill, McCoys Rum Room and The Blind Turtle — to give Daytona a taste of local and international craft brands, bottles and brews. The local beer line-up features Tomoka Brewery, Half Wall Brewery, Daytona Brewing Company, Daytona Blond and Beach Town.

And we're brewing up more than just beer.

Winelovers will have more than their fair share of selections from regions all over the world, including Napa Valley, New Zealand, France, Argentina and Chile. Attendees will be able to sample brands such as Macon Villages, Mairena Torrontes, Grace's Vine, Aromo and Nova Roma Chateauneuf du Pape. Those who prefer a stronger lift to their spirits will enjoy stations featuring Jim Beam, Makers Mark, Knob Creek Rye, Olmeca Plata and Avion Silver to name a few.  

Attendees are also encouraged to bring their appetites. Carving, dessert and chocolatier stations will offer a diverse selection of savory and sweet flavors. From short ribs, pasta and seafood, to flambé, cheese and chocolate, there will be plenty of food and beverage pairings to satisfy even the most adventurous palates.

Learn the science behind the perfect drink with interactive mixology and sommelier sessions, or inspire your inner chef with expert cooking demonstrations. The Craft Beer & Wine Fest has something for everyone — live music by local band Miss Intent, hand reflexology, neck massages, and even coffee and tea stations for those who want to enjoy the festivities sans alcohol.

Tickets are $45 per person per day (including unlimited tastings of food and drinks), and can be purchased at the door. To celebrate the grand re-opening of the Spa at Hilton, guest can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win $150 in Pevonia products or one of the two gift certificates for an hour-long massage. A portion of all the proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Volusia County. The event will be held from 6-9 p.m. Friday evening and 2-5 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
